The city of San Diego is now required to pay former Mayor Roger Hedgecock`s wife $100,000 after the jury found the city liable for neglecting to fix a dangerous sidewalk. Hedgecock says she tripped and fell on the sidewalk, causing a rupture in one of her breast implants.
